At Hugi, we work in close partnership with schools, local authorities and other professionals to shape a personalised curriculum for each child. 

 

Every programme is co-designed and guided by the child’s EHCP or Extended Support Plan, alongside professional input and a clear understanding of their current stage of development.

 

We use Tapestry to observe, assess and track each child’s journey using our Foundations at Hugi Curriculum Framework. This shared platform allows families, schools and professionals to stay connected through photos, observations, summative assessments, interventions, strategies  and updates, providing a clear picture of progress and supporting consistent communication around each child.

 

Our curriculum is rooted in experience rather than a traditional classroom model. Children are supported to explore, connect and engage with their environment at their own pace. Through nature based and sensory rich opportunities, we prioritise emotional safety, confidence and connection as the foundations for development.
